This is the second webinar in our reasonable accommodation series with presenters from the Job Accommodation Network. This presentation will feature speakers Traci Jordan and Elisabeth Simpson.
In this second session, audience members' learning will be more focused on the interactive process. Throughout the 90-minute webinar, audience members will identify when and how the Americans with Disabilities Act and its Amendments (ADAAA) applies to employees. Audience members will also learn how a six-step interactive process can be utilized for handling accommodation requests.
Finally, audience members will review real-life accommodation situations and solutions that have been implemented to harness the potential of employees with disabilities.
